Heart Foundation Walking makes being active easy, even for those not used to being active.
Joining a Walking group in your area or workplace is a great way to get active and meet people. Each Heart Foundation Walking group is different - they vary in the number of members, and levels of difficulty and meet at a variety of times and days of the week. Everyone is encouraged to walk at their own pace - so come along and join the fun!
