The Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland (ECCQ) was established in 1976 to represent the interests of the many people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD) who are part of the broad social community of Queensland, and to promote multiculturalism. It is a not-for-profit, community-based State peak organisation.
Being active can help manage some health conditions. Some of these conditions include:
  • Heart Conditions
  • Lung Conditions
  • Diabetes
  • Kidney Conditions
You may have heard these conditions being called chronic diseases. ECCQ offers some chronic disease programs. Please visit www.eccq.com.au for more information on these programs.
