This website provides parents with information on healthy foods and habits, as well as tips to help kids be active.
Active-Ate is a school-based program designed to increase knowledge and awareness of healthy eating and physical activity among primary school aged students and the wider community.  It also promotes the adoption of healthy eating practices and physically active lifestyles by children.
