Is an excellent activity for improving balance and strength and can also reduce muscle stiffness, improve circulation and ease tension. |

Lifeball is a fun team game played at a walking pace by 50+ age group. It is similar to netball and basketball and incorporates activities such as walking, passing, throwing to encourage physical movement and team work. Lifeball is a thinking game designed for skill, fun and fitness. |
