Settings | Early Childhood

Most children find it fun to play and be active. Encouraging physical activity in early childhood is important for healthy growth and development. Other great reasons for children to be active include:
  • The opportunities to make friends and learn physical and social skills.
  • The establishment of healthy habits - children under the age of five who are very active are more likely to stay active throughout childhood.
